So I'm a bad, bad blogger. At least I am aware of my weakness... I don't know how to post pictures or cute stuff, and I feel as if I don't have a whole lot that's very interesting to say. Alas, I will drone for a paragraph or two and bore my poor readers.
Hmm... not much going on. Our neighborhood sucks. Can't wait to get out when the lease expires in August (thank the Lord we did not buy!).
My little angel is going to be 1 next month! I cannot believe it! I'm planning a little birthday party for her at the park/beach. I know she won't care what goes on. It's just a good excuse to get family and friends together to break bread and catch up. And my in-laws (almost all of them) will be here from SC. David & Mendy- sure would be cool if you could come up! I created and printed the cutest little invitations this weekend. Pink girly print, with a cute little ladybug. Awwww...
Rob had his first day off in two weeks today. Yay! We woke up late, had breakfast and headed to the harbor for "Harbor Buzz" and the farmers market. "Harbor Buzz" was an exaggeration. Bless their hearts for trying, though. This poor little town really needs a facelift and some seriously rich investors to breath some life into it. I don't see that happening anytime soon though. After that, we went to the park for a picnic and to check out the area where we're having Josie's birthday party. It was a beautiful day! Nice cool breeze coming off the lake, sunny, and about 72 degrees. Perfect! After that, we came home to watch a movie, have dinner and lay around.
It was a good day. Now I am exhausted and ready for a good nights sleep. Mom, Josie & I are supposed to go to the beach tomorrow and the Cleveland Zoo Tuesday. Can't wait!
