I love my cast iron skillet. It's enormous and heavy, but it's so reliable. I like to sing about it to the tune of Adam Sandler's "Red Hooded Sweatshirt" dip, dip, dip...
Today I'm making meatballs for the home made marinara sauce I'm about to make. Yum.
